Tracy Childs joined human results in 2004 as an experienced Consultant with significant expertise in working in organisations undergoing substantial change. Tracy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with over 10 years experience as a Human Resources practitioner. 

Having achieved professional qualifications in Business & Finance and then acquiring a Diploma in Human Resources, Tracy went on to a successful Human Resources career with J. Sainsbury Plc. and with Exel Logistics. She has worked in both unionised and non-unionised environments and has been responsible for providing a Human Resources service to businesses in the U.K., Middle East and North Africa. 

She is Saville and Holdsworth trained in Occupational Testing and Occupational Personality Questionnaires, LIFO qualified and trained to give 360 degree feedback in addition to having undergone specialist training in Coaching skills.
